When you attend events with us, we take photos and publish them on the website and social media channels, as well as in print media for publicity and to showcase our activities to increase our visibility.

Personal data is only passed on to third parties by us if this is necessary for the purpose of contract processing or for billing purposes or if you as a user of the website and/or guest have given your prior consent. With all third parties we have - if necessary - legally compliant order processing contracts.

The deletion of stored personal data takes place when you as a user of the website and/or customer revoke your consent to storage and when your data is no longer required to fulfill the purpose for which it was stored or when its storage is or becomes inadmissible for other legal reasons. 3. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA WHEN VISITING OUR WEBSITE

If you enter your data via the booking form, we store it. Also when you contact us via the contact form, the data you provide will be stored by us in order to answer your questions. In addition, we process those data that you enter yourself when you make a reservation via third-party booking sites. Which data is collected can be seen from the respective input forms. By submitting such forms, you accept that we may contact you for the stated purpose by e-mail or other means, if specified by you. The consent can be revoked in writing at any time. The data will not be passed on to third parties.

This website does not create personal user profiles.

3.2 Newsletter
